Admission Application and Practitioner's Recommendation forms are available as a package for download here.
Please have your QE Practitioner fill out the Practitioner's Recommendation Form and mail directly to the Western Institute. Follow the step-by-step directions on the Admission Application to complete your application process. All paperwork, including the Payment Options form, should arrive at the WINH office by the deadline on the Seminar Calendar, along with your $40 application fee. Tuition is also due by this date.
Upon acceptance into the Western Institute Quantum Energetics Practitioner Certification Program, we will advise you of the books required for the classes.
